The only advice I can give is, don't get involved with stirring up an online fight or negative comments. Also contact your ex and ask them to remove any unhelpful comments they have made because you will not be drawn into retaliating. I do know someone who was badly affected by a vitual character assassination by their ex on Facebook, it affected them for a very long time.
